Our Guarantee
We stand behind our bees and will replace queen bees until the end of June upon receiving supporting photos and proof of purchase. We are the only Apiary that we know of that has this guarantee, because we truly want you to succeed!
 
Shipping/Delivery
Bee Nucs, Packages and Queen Bees that are shipped through a third party are guaranteed to be alive and healthy prior to shipment. Issues due lost or dead items are the sole responsibility of the individual or company shipping our bees.
 
Refund Policy on Live Bees
Since we are working with live animals (bees) and their timeframe for successful colony establishment is short in this climate there are no refunds on nucs that are not picked up on time. We will hold your nuc(s) (marked and labeled to you) until July first before we incorporate them into the Apiary. Customers are still able to pick their nucs up after July first, though they will be in a permanent colony housing arrangement and additional fees will be incurred.
